The monstera is one of the prettiest houseplants for decorating homes and apartments.
 
 
Your Monstera will appreciate a bright or lightly shaded spot, but it won't tolerate being exposed directly to the sun's rays. For it to develop in the best conditions, place it next to a west-facing window or in soft natural light. Don't put it near a radiator or fireplace, to avoid drying out its leaves.
 
 
In the wild, it's a climbing plant that loves to wander and cling to everything around it. A bit like hanging plants, really!
