IDENTITÉ DU RESPONSABLE DU TRAITEMENT

Personal data is collected by the company SARL D.S (OR VEGETAL), a limited liability company, with a share capital of: €6,000, whose registered office is established at: 23 rue des cordeliers 64000 Pau. OR VÉGÉTAL undertakes to respect the confidentiality of the personal data that allows the ordering customer or the recipient to be identified.
 
For the provision of the ordering services of the « Online Shop », the ordering customer provides OR VÉGÉTAL with the contact details, including telephone, of the recipient of their purchase in order to ensure the delivery of their order to the latter and to provide them with advice and information about it and about OR VÉGÉTAL's services and offers. In this case, the ordering customer acts as holder and controller of the processing of the recipient's contact details.

The ordering customer is solely responsible for providing the recipient's personal contact details that they supply to OR VÉGÉTAL for the execution of the order. The ordering customer undertakes to have obtained the explicit and informed consent of the holders of the contact details they provide to OR VÉGÉTAL and indemnifies OR VÉGÉTAL against any claim by the latter on this account. Consequently, OR VÉGÉTAL acts only on the will and on behalf of the ordering customer, as a service provider processing the orders placed by the ordering customer. Consequently, the ordering customer releases OR VÉGÉTAL from any liability in the event of a breach of the obligations arising from the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act, concerning the collection of and communication to OR VÉGÉTAL of the recipient's contact details for sending messages to the latter.

 
CATÉGORIES DE DONNÉES
 
OR VÉGÉTAL collects and processes in particular the last name, first name, email address, password, IP address, connection data and browsing data, order histories, preferences and interests, products viewed, delivery incidents and complaints of the Site's users. OR VÉGÉTAL also collects the contact details of order recipients (last name, first name, address, telephone number). In this context, the ordering customer is the controller of the processing activities for this data ; they guarantee to OR VÉGÉTAL that the collection and transmission of this data take place with the consent of the persons concerned for the purposes of carrying out the service.
