How do I buy an Or Végétal gift card?

Any customer who visits our site can access the Gift Card page. You select an amount, enter the recipient's details, set the card's delivery date and pay. Once payment is complete, you receive a confirmation email for the purchase.Suggestion : You can also buy gift cards for yourself.

How do gift-card recipients get their cards?

The gift-card recipient receives an email with the subject "You've just received a gift card from [...]" (with the matching name). Their unique gift-card code appears in the email.

How can recipients use gift cards at checkout?

To use the card, the recipient visits our online shop and finds the items to buy. At checkout, they click on Use a gift card and enter their unique gift-card code.

Can I use gift cards to buy subscriptions?

No. Unfortunately, our gift cards can't be applied to subscriptions.

What happens if the order total is higher than the remaining value of the gift card?

If the sale amount is higher than the card's value, you can pay the remaining balance using your usual payment methods.

What happens if the order total is lower than the value of the gift card?

Any amount remaining after making a purchase can be used on future purchases. For example, if you have a €100 gift card and spend €25, you can use the remaining €75 in the future to shop on your site.

Can I check a gift card's balance?

No. Unfortunately, for now, it's not possible to check a gift card's balance. It will be up to you to keep track of your purchases to know how much is left to spend.
