Zebra - Alocasia Zebrina
The origin of this name isn't hard to figure out. It's a variety of Alocasia with zebra stripes! Often called Elephant Ear plants, with their huge arrow-shaped leaves, large in proportion to the plant itself, that bring elephant ears to mind.
This lovely variety comes not only with its famous glossy leaves but also with its black-and-white striped stems. A striking, elegant houseplant for any interior, for homes and businesses alike.
Average dimensions:
18-22 cm in diameter, 40-70 cm tall.
Place this plant in bright spaces with plenty of natural light but out of direct sunlight. It likes high humidity, so mist regularly to keep the leaves healthy. Water regularly to keep the soil moist too, but not wet.
